The CDW Lovelytics acquisition will add a specialized data and artificial intelligence consulting business to CDW’s services portfolio in a transaction valued at approximately $525 million.
CDW (Nasdaq: CDW) said in its official announcement that Lovelytics will expand its Data & Analytics Practice and help customers move AI projects from experimentation into production.
Lovelytics employs more than 600 people across the United States, Canada, Argentina and Colombia. The firm focuses on data modernization, governance, analytics and AI implementation and has built a substantial practice around the Databricks platform.
CDW Lovelytics Acquisition Deepens Its Enterprise AI Strategy
The deal gives CDW additional technical capacity in a part of the market where customers often need consulting and integration support before deploying AI at scale. It also moves CDW further toward higher-value services that can complement its traditional technology procurement and infrastructure businesses.
CDW said the acquisition is not expected to have a material effect on its 2026 financial results. The company did not disclose Lovelytics’ revenue or profitability, making it difficult to evaluate the purchase multiple from the initial announcement alone.
The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions. Its longer-term contribution will depend on CDW’s ability to retain Lovelytics personnel, integrate the business and convert growing enterprise interest in AI into sustained consulting and platform demand.
