Descartes Q2 results showed revenue of $201.1 million and adjusted EBITDA of $94.4 million for the fiscal second quarter. Descartes Systems Group (NASDAQ: DSGX) exceeded the cited revenue consensus of approximately $199.5 million.

Adjusted EBITDA increased from $80.2 million in the comparable period a year earlier, representing growth of about 17.7%. The latest figure was equal to roughly 46.9% of quarterly revenue, although adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure and should be considered alongside reported earnings and cash flow.

Descartes Q2 Results Reflect Logistics Network Demand

Chief Executive Edward Ryan said supply chains need to remain agile as the global trade environment becomes more dynamic. Descartes plans to continue investing in data and capabilities across its Global Logistics Network, which connects logistics participants and supports shipment-management workflows.

The company’s official investor news archive contains its quarterly announcements and related financial disclosures. Investors should review the complete release for revenue composition, acquisition effects, currency exposure and reconciliation of adjusted measures.

Descartes Q2 results indicate that demand for logistics software and data services remained resilient. Future performance will depend on recurring-service growth, integration of acquired businesses, customer trade volumes and the company’s ability to convert operating gains into free cash flow.
