Alarum Technologies (ALAR) said it is currently experiencing disruptions to a portion of its services following the seizure of additional domains associated with its subsidiary NetNut Ltd.
Alarum Technologies provided a further update after its July 2 announcement regarding recent reports concerning its proxy network operations. Alarum said that on July 2, 2026, it and NetNut became aware that certain domains associated with NetNut had been seized by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Since then, the company said it has continued to analyze the incident and determined that additional NetNut-linked domains have also been seized. As a result, Alarum said part of its services are currently being disrupted.
The company warned that if the disruptions continue for an extended period, they are likely to have a material adverse effect on its operations, financial results and ability to provide certain services to customers.

Alarum Technologies said it is devoting substantial resources to investigating the circumstances surrounding the events and is working to obtain further information regarding the nature and scope of the incident.
“As of the date and time of this press release, neither the Company nor NetNut has been formally contacted by the FBI or any other governmental or regulatory authority in connection with these matters,” the company stated.
Alarum also said it is continuing to investigate whether its network or services may have been used for malicious, fraudulent or unlawful purposes by third parties.
“Alarum Technologies takes this matter seriously and will fully cooperate with law enforcement to ensure any misuse of its infrastructure is thoroughly investigated and those responsible are held to account,” the company added.
