BILL FY27 Outlook Rises After Fourth-Quarter Earnings Beat

BILL FY27 outlook points to adjusted earnings above Wall Street expectations after the financial software company reported fourth-quarter results that exceeded consensus estimates, according to The Fly.

What the BILL FY27 Outlook Signals for Revenue and Profit

BILL reported fiscal fourth-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 84 cents, compared with a 71-cent consensus estimate cited by The Fly. Revenue was $436.2 million, above the $430.5 million estimate.

For the first quarter of fiscal 2027, the company forecast adjusted earnings of 96 cents to $1.00 per share, versus a 76-cent consensus estimate. It projected revenue of $432.5 million to $442.5 million, with the midpoint below the $443.3 million consensus estimate.

For fiscal 2027, BILL forecast adjusted earnings of $3.56 to $3.79 per share, compared with expectations of $3.38. Its revenue outlook of $1.81 billion to $1.86 billion brackets the $1.85 billion consensus estimate.

Chief Executive Rene Lacerte said in company remarks carried by The Fly that demand remained strong for BILL’s integrated platform and that adoption of its artificial-intelligence capabilities was increasing. Chief Financial Officer Rohini Jain said the company was targeting meaningful GAAP profitability in fiscal 2027.
