Everpure (NYSE: P) has secured a design win and supply agreement with a second top-five hyperscaler, expanding the storage technology company’s presence in large-scale cloud infrastructure.
The agreement builds on Everpure’s first major hyperscaler design win announced in late 2024 and represents another step in the company’s effort to penetrate the massive hyperscale storage market. Everpure did not disclose the identity of the customer or the financial terms of the agreement.
Everpure Expands DirectFlash Technology Into Hyperscale Market
The new agreement centers on Everpure’s DirectFlash technology, which is designed to provide a consistent storage architecture across multiple performance tiers within hyperscale environments.
Everpure says the technology can improve storage density, performance and reliability while helping data center operators reduce operating costs and free up both rack space and power capacity. Those efficiencies are becoming increasingly important as hyperscalers allocate more infrastructure to power-intensive artificial intelligence and next-generation computing workloads.
The company is positioning DirectFlash as an alternative to traditional storage architectures that can become increasingly inefficient at extreme scale.

New Hyperscaler Deal Expected to Boost Revenue From Fiscal 2028
Everpure expects the new design win to become a significant contributor to revenue beginning in fiscal year 2028 and beyond.
The delayed revenue contribution reflects the lengthy qualification, integration and deployment cycles typically associated with hyperscale infrastructure agreements. Large cloud operators often test technologies extensively before rolling them out across large data center fleets.
The agreement also gives Everpure a second major reference customer in a market where scale, cost efficiency and reliability are critical requirements.
AI Growth Increases Pressure on Data Center Storage Efficiency
The deal comes as hyperscale data center operators face increasing competition for electricity and physical rack capacity.
The rapid expansion of AI computing has placed greater emphasis on the efficiency of supporting infrastructure, including storage systems. Reducing the power and space consumed by storage can allow operators to dedicate more of their infrastructure budgets to GPUs and other high-performance computing equipment.
Everpure argues that DirectFlash can help address that challenge by delivering higher storage density while supporting multiple tiers of storage within a unified architecture.
With two top-five hyperscaler wins now secured, the company is seeking to establish a larger presence in a market historically dominated by highly customized infrastructure and demanding economics.
