Netflix will begin streaming curated videos from major digital media brands on August 3, expanding its content offering beyond traditional films and series.

The company said the new video collection will be available to Netflix members across all subscription tiers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. The videos will cover categories including food, travel, fashion, entertainment, design, wellness, celebrity profiles, home and gardening.

Netflix aims to let users watch their favorite videos without leaving the platform

The curated content will include short-form videos and episodes ranging from roughly three minutes to 20 minutes. Netflix said the move is designed to let subscribers watch popular internet video franchises directly on the platform without leaving the service.
