Flotek Revenue Forecast Rises on International Chemistry Sales

The Flotek revenue forecast increased for the second time as stronger international chemistry sales improved the energy technology company’s expectations for 2026. Flotek Industries (NYSE: FTK) now projects annual revenue of $360 million to $370 million, up from its previous range of $340 million to $350 million.

In its guidance update, the company also raised its adjusted EBITDA range to $50 million–$54 million from $47 million–$51 million. At the midpoints, the forecasts imply revenue growth of about 54% and adjusted EBITDA growth of approximately 58% from 2025.

International chemistry revenue reached roughly $10.6 million in the second quarter, representing sequential growth of more than 450%. Flotek said international chemistry sales could exceed $40 million in the second half, supported by activity in Saudi Arabia and other markets.

The expansion gives the company another growth channel beyond its North American operations, but it also adds exposure to shipping, security and geopolitical risks. Management’s outlook is forward-looking and may change if customer programs are delayed or international operating conditions deteriorate.

The Flotek revenue forecast also relies on adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure that the company said it could not reconcile to the most directly comparable GAAP figure without unreasonable effort because some components are difficult to predict. Investors will therefore watch cash generation and reported earnings alongside sales growth when the company releases subsequent results.
