ROC acquisition of ZTC has been completed, making Zuccaro Technical Consulting LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Rank One Computing Corp., the company said in an SEC filing. The transaction expands ROC Evidence, ROC’s digital evidence management offering, with ZTC’s digital forensics capabilities.
ROC said the combined offering is designed to support the ingestion, management, analysis and use of digital evidence in a unified workflow for government and commercial customers. ZTC’s capabilities complement ROC’s biometric and video analytics products, including ROC ABIS and ROC Watch, the company said.
ROC Acquisition of ZTC Adds Federal Forensics Expertise
The ROC acquisition of ZTC brings a team of cleared engineers, established federal customer relationships and ZTC’s existing government business, according to the filing. ROC said it expects opportunities to cross-sell its Vision AI platform to ZTC customers and to offer ZTC’s forensics technology through ROC’s government and commercial channels.
ROC said ZTC founder Tony Zuccaro has become its chief innovation officer. The company said the teams have already begun integrating their technologies and engineering operations.
The company said historical financial statements and pro forma financial information related to the completed transaction will be made available under applicable SEC rules. ROC cautioned that expected benefits, integration progress, revenue and financial performance remain subject to risks, including contract approvals, retention of cleared personnel and customer relationships, federal procurement cycles, and integration challenges.
